The company was started near Bassano del Grappa - the cradle of art production, deeply embedded in the traditions and heritage of the old Marangon masters - by Aldo Mazzarolo, who managed to harness and exploit the age-old skills of the great masters.

The quest for quality begins with the design phase, in which we pay careful attention to historic references and styles while using modern computerized technologies. It continues with the exclusive use of first choice solid wood from Italy, dried to 12% moisture content. As in classic woodworking, our furniture building system is based on jointing and limits the use of glues and nails, thus allowing the wood to shift naturally. The furniture is masterfully carved and inlaid. The process continues with the polishing phase, executed according to Bassanese traditions using the beautiful materials (blackwater clay, beeswax, shellac, animal fats, etc.) that make an "F.M. Bottega d'Arte" piece of furniture so unique and timeless.
